Price studies
With great experience in costing, LJ BUILDING ENGINEERING LLC responds to different projects: housing, tertiary, high schools, etc … Our team’s function is to estimate the costs of the work at the fairest price, on the basis of costing and quantity surveys, and other graphic and written documents.
- Analysis of written documents: CCTP, Safety Notice, PC Orders, etc …
- Consultation with suppliers and subcontractors.
- On-site visit, in case of renovation or rehabilitation, to check accessibility and carry out the readings (technical rooms, equipment,….) necessary for a good understanding of the cost.
- Establishment of quantity surveying according to ELD plans and/or on-site surveys.
- Price schedule (DPGF) established in Excel format but allowing direct transformation into customer format. This transformation is carried out automatically according to the coefficients applied to the many available criteria (Labour, Subcontractors, Supplies, etc.). This document is systematically sent by email at the end of the studies.
